Pricing Details

BlendVision One offers pricing plans that's optimized to your usage, allowing you to only pay for the services you utilize.

CDN

We charge CDN usage based on the amount of data that is transferred over from the CDN servers to end user's devices. Users need to take into account factors such as view counts, view time, video resolution, bitrates, and compression settings. For example, Higher resolutions and bitrates generally consume more bandwidth to deliver a smooth streaming experience, while more efficient compression can reduce the amount of data that needs to be transferred.

To save more storage usage, you can always enable BlendVision One's PTE (per-title encoding) and PSE (perceptual streaming engine) features to save up to 80% of video bandwidth and storage costs.

Plan usage limits and overage fees

Our pricing plans include different usage limits for CDN usage, depending on the plan you choose. If you exceed these limit, there will be an overage fee charged based on the amount of additional CDN usage. For detailed overage charges, please reach out to our sales team.

Storage

In BlendVision One, storage usage is typically calculated based on the amount of video data that is stored on BlendVision One Server, which typically consists of the original video files you upload and the encoded videos. The encoded video is automatically stored on BlendVision server and ready to be streamed after it's been encoded.

Encoding

In BlendVision One, encoding usage is calculated based on the original video file size, codecs, frame rate, and resolution of the video content being encoded. For example, higher resolution or longer videos require more encoding time and therefore use more encoding resources. Additionally, the features you enable will also affect the consumption of encoding usage. Please refer to the table below for the estimated multiplier of usage consumption when certain features are enabled:

Feature Encoding Consumption (GB)
Per-title Encoding 1.4x
H.265 Codecs 4x
Faster Encoding Queue 1.6x

DRM

DRM (Digital Rights Management) is a technology used to protect videos from unauthorized access, copying, or distribution. A DRM request refers to a request from a user's device (such as a laptop, phone, or tablet) to the BlendVision One server for a license to access and decrypt a protected video stream.
